About this Club

River Hills Ski Club is a year-round club consisting of singles, couples and families of all ages and skiing abilities. Our member owned and operated lodge is located in Killington, VT (near Killington, Pico, Okemo, Sugarbush, etc). The lodge has a warm and family oriented atmosphere. It sleeps 40, primarily in double occupancy rooms. Many visit the lodge during the off season to hike, golf, bike, explore or just to get away from it all. Although a love of skiing is our commonality, River Hills is much more than a ski club. Social activities take place in Fairfield County Connecticut as well as at the lodge throughout the year. All members are required to contribute to the operation of the club and/or lodge every year.

Area Served

Majority of members reside in Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY. Our lodge is located in Killington, VT.

Meetings

Once a month during the ski season, typically the 1st Tuesday, meetings are held at the Long Ridge Tavern, 2635 Long Ridge Road in Stamford, CT at 7:30 pm.

Memberships

Prospective members must attend 3 General meetings, spend a weekend at the lodge, contribute to a club or lodge activity or service, ski with a Board Member and have an interview with the Board. Membership is by invitation only. Log into riverhillsskiclub.org for more information.

Trips & Events

The lodge is available for member use 365 days a year. Members typically drive or carpool. There are also Bus Trips, Bike Trips, Hiking Trips, Picnics, Parties, Programs on ski-related topics, etc.
