About Clear Lake Area Ski Club
The Clear Lake Area Ski Club (CLASC) is a non-profit, member-operated ski club that promotes the sports of snow skiing & snowboarding among Houstonians by offering trips to ski areas throughout the world. CLASC was organized in 1973 by a group of Clear Lake area skiers, most of whom worked at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. Since that time the Club has grown to over 200 members, encompassing a wide cross-section of the community. The Club is an active member of the Texas Ski Council (TSC), which represents skiers throughout Texas. Membership is open to anyone (singles, families, couples, students) who is interested in the sports of snow skiing and snowboarding. We also sponsor year-round activities
