About Fahnestock Winter Park
A warming lodge, dedicated snowshoe trails, and a small tubing hill nicely complement family trips. Enjoy the atmosphere and hot food in the Acorn Cafe or sip hot chocolate in front of the outdoor fireplace. Centrally located and conveniently accessible, FWP is a one-hour drive from New York City, Pougkeepsie, Middletown NY and Danbury, CT. Public rail transport from Manhattan is available. Taxi arrangements to FWP must be made before arriving in Cold Spring. Conditions permitting, we are open daily. As always, please call before traveling. Sorry, no dogs on trails.
