 The Homestead sits on nearly 500 acres of private Lake Michigan frontage. Located within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, voted the "Most Beautiful Place in America". The Resort was built with an unmatched commitment to environmental excellence and offers skiers and riders stunning views of Lake Michigan. It is run with an unwavering dedication to exceptional service. For that reason, our ticket sales are limited and our slopes are not crowded.
In addition to uncommon skiing & riding, there's the a luxurious spa, fitness center, and a salon. And, there's Cross Country skiing and snowshoeing in the adjoining Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Also enjoy our three restaurants and gourmet grocery & deli.

What's New This Season at The Homestead
We made many improvements to the resort in 2011 & 2012 including all new walkways, lighting and signs. We also redecorated Nonna's Tavern, Cavanaugh's Deli and the Ski School. Our ponds and cascading waterfalls have been completely redesigned around our new beauty salon that is located in the village.
Our new ONE season pass offers customizable flexibility. Save on lift tickets, equipment rental, lessons, NASTAR racing as well as on dining, fitness center passes, fitness class, spa services such as massage and facials, and beauty salon services such as a haircut & style, manicure and pedicure. Save on childcare too. Prices go up on Nov 1, and Dec 1.
