 Eaglecrest Ski Area is located in the heart of Southeast Alaska on Douglas Island, just 12 miles from downtown Juneau, Alaska's Capital City. Locals have known for years that skiing and snowboarding in Juneau is special. The diverse terrain and snow conditions will challenge everyone from the first timer to the expert thrill seeker.
Eaglecrest is Juneau's community owned ski area offering 4 chairlifts, and over 640 acres of skiable terrain. For those interested in hiking for their turns, the ridges above Eaglecrest offer a wide variety of natural, ungroomed terrain resting in the shadow of Alaska’s unparalleled beauty. Facilities at Eaglecrest include a professionally staffed Snow Sports School, a full-service Rental and Repair Shop, groomed Nordic Trails, and the Eaglecrest Grill.
