About Craftsbury Outdoor Center
Craftsbury Outdoor Center is high in the hills of Vermont's famed Northeast Kingdom where snow is consistent from December through March. The Center is situated on the quiet shores of Great Hosmer Pond. Four lake-side cottages and two lodges accommodate ninety guests year-round. Our dining room with veranda, over-looking Hosmer, serves hearty home-cooked meals buffet-style. In the summer, canoes, kayaks, and rowing boats on our private waterfront are available for our guest’s enjoyment. In winter our cross-country ski, skate, and snowshoe shop provides equipment, lessons, and access to our large multi-use trail system and skating pond.
