Exciting TRAIN trip to nearby Red Wing/Welch Village, MN.. Great for ALL ages! With it being the Presidents holiday weekend, many will have Monday off. Singles, Couples and Families welcome. We will be boarding Amtrak from Glenview, IL for a quick 5 hour scenic ride to historic Red Wing, MN., where we'll be staying at the famous St.James hotel for 3 lovely nights. Celebrate Valentine's weekend by dining at one of the many excellent restaurants (all within walking distance from the hotel). Our hotel will have shuttle service to take us directly to and from nearby Welch Village ski area, complimentary breakfasts and also a wine & beer tasting party for us adults. Welch Village offers a great variety of terrain to please all levels, as well as qualified ski/snowboard instructors for those wanting to learn or simply refresh old legs! Our group will have discounts on lessons and rentals. HURRY! Only 15 rooms and spots are going quick!!

INCLUDES: R/T Amtrak from Glenview, IL to Red WIng, MN., luggage transfers, 3 nights hotel lodging at the St.James in Red WIng, 2 breakfasts, shuttle service, 2 day lifts, 1 mtn lunch, Nastar race and a wine & beer tasting party.
