About Cat Ski Mt. Bailey

Mt. Bailey has 6000 acres of skiable terrain. Our snow cat operates in most all weather conditions. Storms do not cancel a ski day. Skiing and snowboarding on Mt Bailey is limited to individuals with advanced intermediate to expert skills. Guests must be able to ski/board changing snow conditions and challenging back country terrain including avalanche chutes and steep timbered runs. With only 12 skiers/boarders each day the mountain is never tracked out. Snow cat skiing operation on Mt. Bailey near Diamond Lake, Oregon. One Bombardier snow cat with heated 12 passenger cab. Shuttle van leaves Diamond Lake Resort at 7:00 am for the snow park. Once there, the guides give safety instructions and avalanche beacons are issued and checked. The snow cat ride to the mountain takes 45 minutes. Minimum of 2 guides go with every group. Our guides do daily avalanche control. 6-8 runs each day with a lunch break at noon. (Deli lunch provided) 15,000 to 18,000 vertical daily. Last run of the day at 3:30 pm.

Booking Policy
| Daily skiing or boarding is $350.00 per person. Advance reservations and deposits are required. 50% deposit at time of reservation, balance 30 days prior to arrival. Mid-week multi-day packages of skiing, lodging, and meals available |

| Safety is the #1 concern of Cat Ski Mt Bailey Guides. Safety and avalanche beacon instructions before each day of skiing. |
Packages & Pricing
| Daily maximum of 12 skirs and/or board riders; minimum of 6 customers needed to schedule a day on the mountain. The daily skiing/boarding rate is $350.00 per person and includes deli lunch and complimentary shuttle van service to from the snowpark. Mid-week packages of skiing/boarding, lodging, and meals are available. |

| Diamond Lake Resort is the home base for Cat Ski Mt Bailey. The resort was established in 1922 as a modest fishing lodge. It has grown over the years to a full service year round family destination. The Resort offers lodging in both motel rooms and two bedroom guest cabins. Cabins and motels are modern but not fancy and come fully furnished. |
