With a Queen sofa sleeper in the loft with TV, a Queen sofa sleeper in the lower level den with TV and sega gamestation for the kids, 2 twin bunk beds in the lower level room with private bath, Queen in the other lower level room, Queen on the main level with private bath, and the King in the master bedroom with its own private bath! Plenty of sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate 12! After a hard day on the slopes, you will certainly not forget your own private hot tub situated in the pines off the lower level!
