About This Ski Condo

With serene lake views and a central downtown Winter Park location, this brand new townhome lets you get the best of both worlds. Go out to Hernando's Pizza or the new sushi bar just a few feet away, and then come home to relax in the private outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake. The townhome has two private decks, new furniture and bedding, and stylish décor. You'll appreciate the free wireless Internet, washer/dryer, one-car garage and the shuttle stop less than 100 yards away.

Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps up to eleven with a King bed in both 1st & 2nd bedrooms, a queen in the 3rd bedroom and two twin beds in the 4th bedroom. There is also a queen pullout bed on the main floor and a single pullout bed on the top floor. Three full bathrooms.
