About This Ski Condo

261 Woodside Avenue is within walking distance to the best shopping, restaurants, and nightlife in the city. The free town-wide shuttle stop is nearby, connecting you to Main Street and the neighboring ski resorts. This is an impressive, spacious private home, furnished with imported furnishing and unique decor.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home can accommodate up to 8 guests with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen murphy bed in a separate apartment. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, TVs, a DVD player, a VCR, a private washer and dryer, a private outdoor hot tub, and garage access. The master bedroom loft offers spacious surroundings, open views through the vaulted ceilings, and a spacious jetted tub in the master bath. The fourth bedroom is a private lockout with full kitchen and private bath, ideal for a butler or nanny.

During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months.
