The Wirth Home at Summerwoodlocated in the exclusive Summerwood neighbourhood next to Lake Dillon and just minutes away from Keystone. This premier 4 bedroom mountain home features vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, a dining and living room with fireplace and spectacular mountain views.

The four bedrooms are beautifully decorated in Colorado mountain decor and each features a private bathroom. Guests will enjoy the amenities of the Summerwood Clubhouse to include seasonal outdoor pool and outdoor tennis courts, year round hot tub and fitness room.

Its great location just steps from Summit County's hiking and biking trails will take you to Lake Dillon and surrounding resorts of Keystone and Breckenridge. The bedding includes a king and queen bed, with two doubles, and a queen sleeper in the living room. The Wirth Home at Summerwood can house 12 people maximum.
