You enter the home through a long hallway that accesses the first two bedrooms, washer/dryer, and back door. The first bedroom has a TV, a queen bed and an attached bath with shower/tub; the second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and shower.

Upstairs on the second level of the home, the kitchen welcomes you with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The kitchen is open to the dining area that seats six and the living room that has leather furniture, a TV, DVD player, and CD player. There is also a balcony accessible through the living room with seating for two and a partial mountain view. The third bedroom is on this level; it has a king bed, private balcony, and attached bathroom with a second door allowing hallway access. Opposite the kitchen, there is another set of stairs leading up to a common area with a queen sleeper sofa lofted above the living room.

The fourth bedroom is on the third level; it has two twin beds with a trundle bed under each. There is also a fourth bathroom on this level with a shower/tub. Bachman 14 has a large picket-fenced yard and available off street parking for two cars.
