About This Ski Condo

Castle DavLor is a ONE of a kind and unique property that is completely fenced on a 16k square foot parcel of prime Fox Farm property. The home is 4000 square feet located in the center of Big Bear Lake minutes to anywhere. You can walk to the lake for 4th of July fireworks or just to fish.

The main house includes a custom and uniquely furnished living room with wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD player. It features a game room with table chess game, pinball, foosball, slot machine and telescope which opens to a private patio. The beautiful kitchen is fabulous and fully equipped with granite throughout, slate tile flooring plus Viking stove and stainless steel appliances.

A bridge connects you to the guest house, Casita that is again, outstanding with a family room with TV/DVD, fireplace, a full Jacuzzi bath and the other two bedrooms of the Castle DavLor. The Casita has a separate entry and lovely views of the property. The Castle sits on over an ½ acre of land and is fenced with a custom rock and wrought iron gate with massive courtyard made of stone.

It's a must see to believe an unbelievable vacation experience. The main house has bedroom #1 with king bed, bedroom #2 with queen bed, bedroom #3 with full bunk bed set plus full futon. Casita guest house has bedroom #4 with a queen bed, and bedroom #5 with full bunk bed set.
