1260 Empire Avenue is a beautifully designed, custom furnished private home just a short walk from Park City Mountain Resort and the free town-wide shuttle route. This location is perfect for anyone wanting easy ski access. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home can accommodate up to 6 guests with a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, a DVD player, 2 VCRs, wireless internet access, 2 gas fireplaces, a private washer and dryer, a private hot tub, and a private 2 car garage. During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months. |
