About This Ski Condo

This beautiful private home is the perfect family getaway! It is located in the quiet Solamere neighborhood of Deer Valley just a mile away from the Snow Park lodge. With all the conveniences of home as well as some fun features this home is sure to please everyone in the group!

The entry level of the home has a two car garage area, perfect for larger groups that need multiple vehicles. Once in the home you will find the "Studio Suite" area, a location with a full bedroom suite, bathroom, kitchen and private living area. This is the perfect place for a traveling childcare provider or young adult as it allows for lots of privacy. Also found on this floor is the laundry room, fitness center and indoor, full size racquetball court!

Up one level you will find the living section of the home with the kitchen, living room, dining areas and pool hall. Also, the back porch with outdoor fireplace, built-in gas grill and hot tub is on this level.

One more level up you will find the main bedrooms of the home. The luxurious master suite has a king bed and a large bathroom with steam shower and jetted bathtub. Next are the third bedroom, fourth bedroom and den that all share a bathroom between them. Finally, found at the top of a spiral staircase on the top floor is the second bedroom with a king size bed.

Living Room: Beautifully decorated with lots of cozy leather furnishing. Gorgeous gas burning fireplace separates the formal dining room from the living room.

Studio Living Room: On the first level there is a private one bedroom "studio" section of the home. This room has a cozy couch, dining area and full kitchen attached. This a perfect place for traveling nanny or the young adult in the group.

Kitchen: Tile flooring surrounds this well newly updated kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking home meals. All new stainless steel appliances (with 2 ovens & 2 dishwashers), granite counters and custom cabinetry make this professional kitchen a joy to cook in. Counter/bar with 4 bar stools separates the kitchen space from the informal dining area.

Studio Kitchen: This private kitchen area located on the first floor is shared with a small living area and the fifth bedroom. This private area is perfect for a vacationing nanny or a young adult in the crowd!
