Town Pointe luxury townhomes are located within walking distance to the best shopping, dining, and nightlife Park City has to offer. Just 1 block to the Town Lift on Main Street, 1/2 mile to Park City Mountain Resort, and steps to the free town-wide shuttle, it's an ideal location for even the most discerning traveler. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath townhome can accommodate up to 4 guests with a king bed and a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, a DVD player, wireless internet access, a private washer and dryer, a private outdoor hot tub, and underground parking with elevator access. During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months. |
