About This Ski Condo

These luxury townhomes were built in 1999 and are Sun Valley's most requested location. They are on the bike path about two or three blocks from the lifts and are about six blocks from the center of Ketchum. You can walk or skate the bike path to the River Run day lodge or a nearby "secret" trail that allows you to ski down to the lifts from about a half block away. This 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom unit has 2 king beds, queen bed, twin bunk beds and twin sofa sleeper and queen sofa sleeper. The king bed can be split into two twin beds upon request. This three level duplex-style townhome features fresh new finishes and textures, lovely views of Bald Mountain and the southern foothills, plus a private hot tub in the patio courtyard. It can sleep a maximum of 8 guests. The amenities include 3 TVs, VCR/DVD/CD player, free shuttle route access, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, dining and cooking utensils, private washer/dryer, 2 decks, parking, gas grill BBQ, wood fireplace, tennis and golf nearby. |
