About This Ski Condo

Remodeled two story private house in upper Warrior Mark neighborhood offering luxury, views and comfort! Granite tile in bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with a large island, living room with a wood burning fireplace, comfortable recreational room with a pool table and unbeatable mountain views all combine to make this home truly remarkable. Two king master suites make it a great option for two families to share this lovely house.

On the upper level is a spacious vaulted ceiling living room with floor to ceiling windows looking out over Peak 10. A granite-faced wood-burning fireplace and hearth create a spacious comfortable living area. A beautiful, granite counter topped kitchen with plenty of cooking area makes this a chef's dream. Adjacent from the kitchen is the dining table that comfortably seats eight beside large floor to ceiling windows. From the living room, you can access the brand new, large deck with a private hot tub and an electric firepit. The views while soaking in hot tub will truly be memorable.

Downstairs, a large recreational/family room with a gas fireplace, leather sofa and love seat facing a 32-inch TV with DVD/CD/Stereo is separated from the "Billiards Parlor/Pool Table" by a wet-bar with refrigerator. There is a full shower bathroom off the rec room and a brand new laundry room.

The upper level has the king master bedroom with a TV/DVD, private full bath, and a large private deck with great views of the ski area. Second bedroom has a Captain's bunk bed with queen on the bottom and twin on top and TV/DVD and private bath.

Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs. Third bedroom has a King bed an en suite full bath. Fourth bedroom has a queen bed with a TV/DVD and private bath. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper. House sleeps 8 - 11 people maximum.

Large heated deck with a private hot tub, electric log firepit and a gas BBQ grill. This beautiful home is complete with laundry facilities, pool table, board games and books. Complimentary DSL Internet access. It is also what can be considered a 'Nordic'- Ski In and Ski Out home for the avid outdoorsman.

1 car heated garage. Drive to slopes.

Advanced skiers can access Peak 10 from the tail head near house.
