About This Ski Condo

Red Quill Village exudes the quality of a premier property in the heart of downtown Winter Park. These newly constructed, 3-level town homes epitomize luxury accommodations. Red Quill offers an intimate, private community experience, yet within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping.

All town homes are built with 9 foot high interior ceilings which add a sense of spaciousness to the open-plan living and dining room. This main area has a gas fireplace, TV with DirecTV satellite or Comcast cable, DVD, CD player, telephone, 1/2 bath and access to the back deck. The beautiful kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining areas and is equipped with granite countertops, Viking gas range and beautiful wood cabinets.
