With one of the most incredible locations in the Park City/Deer Valley area this beautiful new town home is sure to be a favorite for families and corporate groups. It is completely decked out with everything from the best designer furnishings to the hippest new electronics. The views from any of the decks are simply breathtaking and getting around town is a breeze with quick access to the free city shuttle or a short walk to the Main Street area. 7 LCD TV's (one in every bedroom plus a large screen mounted in the living room) all wired for cable service. The property also has a state of the art dedicated home theatre room with stadium seating and a massive 100" screen. This room also has two very cozy "LoveSac" bean bag chairs. Also, the property is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet Access, unlimited phone/long distance service, a six-person Hot tub and a system to plug in your iPod and play it anywhere throughout the house! Living Room: Great for family gatherings or corporate entertaining: A large, leather sectional couch, designer décor, 52'" LCD TV with DVD and ceiling mounted speakers. The gas fireplace has a natural stone surround from floor to mantle. There is a large covered deck with gorgeous views of the Main Street area and surrounding mountainsides!
