About This Ski Condo

This luxurious condominium is located slopeside just above the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, with ski-in/out access to the Success ski run and great views of the ski runs at Deer Valley. Recently remodeled and refurnished, with designer décor and custom touches throughout. No detail has been overlooked. Daily maid service is included in the winter season. This is a large, spacious condo (approximately 4,000 square feet) with many levels. The great room on the main level includes the kitchen, dining area and living room with vaulted, wood beamed ceilings, impressive floor to ceiling stone fireplace, and hardwood flooring. The deck outside the living area is where the private hot tub is located. The master bedroom suite is also on this level. Upstairs is the second bedroom, a bathroom with shower only and the family room. On the lower level of the condo are the third, fourth and fifth bedrooms and the ski prep room with a door opening to the ski access. Living Room: Floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning), HDTV, wet bar, plenty of comfortable seating. Family Room: Hardwood flooring, wood burning fireplace, vaulted wood ceiling, pool table, 50" LCD HDTV, VCR, DVD, queen sofa sleeper, adjoining full bathroom, views overlooking the area around the Snow Park Lodge at the base of the resort. Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, granite counters, adjoins dining and living rooms, separated by counter/bar. Dining Room: Seating for 10 at dining table. Bedrooms: Master – King bed, wood burning floor to ceiling stone fireplace, vaulted wood ceiling, LCD HDTV, adjoining bathroom with 2 sinks, jetted bathtub, separate shower, large walk-in closet. (on main level) Second – Queen bed, bathroom with shower only located just outside off loft area. (upstairs from main level) Third – King bed, LCD HDTV, adjoining full bathroom with 2 sinks.
