About This Ski Condo

The Evergreens Townhomes are ideally located a short block to the Steamboat Ski Area gondola and they are serviced by our complimentary shuttle in the winter. This spacious, luxury townhome is the perfect lodging option for large families. Guests take pleasure in stunning views of the Steamboat Ski Area through nine-foot windows or from their private deck. Ideal for apres ski entertaining.

This 3 bedroom / 4 bathroom unit has king bed in the 1st bedroom, queen bed + trundle in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds + trundle in the 3rd bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It can sleep a maximum of 12 guests. The 2 twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request. Bedding arrangements may vary and are not guaranteed. Please submit specific requests at time of booking.

Amenities include cathedral ceilings and river rock, gas log fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (outfitted with oven, dishwasher, microwave) with a breakfast bar, laundry room with washer and dryer, brand new 42" HD/LCD TV (with HBO), DVD, VCR, stereo, private one-car garage. Additionally features work desk with free-high speed internet access and color printer.
