About This Ski Condo

One of Winter Park's most popular lodging choices is Beaver Village Condominiums due to the convenience of location and some great clubhouse amenities. Beaver Village Condominiums epitomize comfort and convenience, located just 1.5 miles from the Ski Area, just a 5 minute walk to the main downtown shopping and restaurant area of Cooper Creek Square, and across the highway from the popular winter activities of snowmobiling and sleigh rides. Beaver Village Condos are located on the free shuttle route and is the last pick-up in town on the way up to the Winter Park Resort, just a 5-minute ride away. This unit features a full kitchen, gas fireplace, TV, DVD, telephone, free in-unit wireless internet access and a balcony. It is 913 square foot, 2nd floor unit. The master bedroom has one queen and the second bedroom has two twins. Additionally, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The clubhouse has an indoor pool, 2 hot-tubs, sauna, laundry and vending. If you don't want to leave the property for activities, there are great snowshoe and cross country trails accessible. The summer bike path leads to the great mountain biking trail system of Winter Park. |
