About This Ski Condo

In a small pleasant neighborhood of Fraser, Twin Spirits is a popular Colorado home rental because it is just 5 miles from the Ski Area on the free winter shuttle route. This newer tri-level duplex has 2,200 square feet of livable space and is light, spacious, comfortable and very nicely furnished, guaranteeing a most pleasant Colorado getaway whatever time of the year.

The upper floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with vaulted ceiling, gas stove, TV, DVD/VCR, CD system, wi-fi access and additional 1/2 bath. There are also two twin Aero beds available to accommodate smaller children.

Twin Spirits incorporates a master bedroom on the entry level, which has one king and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Downstairs the second bedroom has one queen and the third bedroom has two twins. The bathroom on this lower level has a whirlpool jetted tub.

The one car garage and outdoor deck offer great views of the Fraser Valley and Byers Peak.
