Winter Walk is a much sought after property offering a spacious interior and unique amenities. Winter Walk's vacation rental is a 1.668 square foot tri-level duplex situated on the Fraser River in the peaceful community of Old Town, Winter Park, just a short walk to the Ski Area. The non-smoking unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system all in an open planned area with access to a south-facing deck with Ski Area views. The two bedrooms each have a queen sized bed. The additional space in the den and elevated loft offer more sleeping for guests with a queen sofa sleeper and a queen futon. Two 3/4 bathrooms are easily accessible on each floor of the unit. The lower floor has the best amenities of the unit consisting of an indoor private 6-person hot tub and steam shower, and washer/dryer. |
