The Park Avenue Condominiums are adjacent to the cross country ski trail and within close proximity to the Park City Mountain Resort. Conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores, this property offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting.

This gold rated 2 bedroom plus loft, 3.5 bath condominium offers 1610 square feet of space. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room/living room, a half bath, and 2 private bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs you'll find an open loft bedroom that is usually not private from the second bedroom and three full bathrooms. The loft bedroom guests and second bedroom guests share a full bathroom. The bedding features 1 king bed in the first bedroom, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, and 1 king bed in the loft bedroom. Additional amenities include wireless internet access, a private hot tub in the atrium/courtyard area, and housekeeping service every other day at no additional charge.

The Park Avenue Condominium complex features an on-site front desk, carport parking, changing facilities with showers, hot tubs, a laundry room, an outdoor heated pool and a sauna.
