About This Ski Condo

Spacious and comfortable multi-level patio home in Mountainside complex that welcomes well-behaved dogs of all sizes (extra fees apply). Set in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to National Forest, this house is perfect for families or groups seeking privacy.

Guests have full access to the Mountainside Club House with an indoor swimming pool, four hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), sauna, steam room, locker rooms, racquetball court and an outdoor tennis court.

Occupying the entire top floor for privacy is the master bedroom with queen bed, TV and en suite bathroom with a very large walk-in closet. Second bedroom on the mid-level has a queen bed and shares a hallway bathroom with the main living room. The garden level has the third bedroom wtih a queen bedroom and fourth bedroom with two Captain's Bunk beds. They share a large hallway bathroom with the family room. House sleeps 12 peopel maximum.

Gas fireplace, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, WIFI and washer/dryer in unit. Weber charcoal grill on deck. One car garage and driveway parking.

Your pooch can relax in the fenced in backyard or enjoy a long hike on the Peaks Trail just outside your doorsteps in the National Forest. Bike path nearby. About seven blocks to Main Street.
