Pacific Street Townhome #514B is located in the heart of the Historic District, three blocks from the Gondola and Lift #8. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome can accommodate up to 9 guests with a queen bed, a queen bed, a captain's bunk, and a queen sofa-sleeper. Walk into this beautiful 3-level townhome from the alley by Depot Avenue (south of W. Pacific), accessing the patio facing south. On this main level you will find a large living room with a leather queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace and a TV with a DVD player. Next to the living room is a full kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for 8 guests. A half bath is located next to the kitchen as well.

Going upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony facing south and a walk-in closet. There is an ensuite bathroom in the master with double sinks, a steam shower and a jetted tub. There is also a private washer and dryer. Downstairs is the second bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink and separate shower. There is also a third bedroom with a captain's bunk. This bedroom has an ensuite bath as well with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. This townhome also features parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway.
