Park Place #C4 is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condominium unit with an area of 1,094 sq. ft. located 2 blocks to Main Street and 1 block to Shuttle. This location lets you ski-in on 4 O'clock Run and cross the street back to the building. It is also just a walk to the base of Peak 9. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen and a bunk bed in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living which can accommodate 8 guests. Amenities include a full kitchen, gas fireplace, 3 TV's, 3 VCR's, DVD, a stackable washer/dryer, high speed internet access, gas grill on the deck, steam shower and a shuttle service. It also has access to an outdoor hot tub at Park Place and the Upper Village pool and hot tubs just a block away. This is a non-smoking unit. |
