Convenience. Value. Location. The newly remodeled Ski Hill complex affords one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Located on the shuttle route, guests can walk in from the Skyway Skiway and the property is just 100 yards from the Breck Connect Gondola! The world-class shopping and dining on Main Street is a mere block and a half away. Select from two to three bedroom units with access to community hot tubs, covered parking and a seasonal pool. This two-bedroom unit built in 1981 is 1,000 square feet on one level and was recently completely remodeled, including new furnishings and wood floors. The living area features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a sofa, TV, separate dining area and access to the small balcony which offers views of the town. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with everything required to cook a gourmet meal in-room and has been renovated with stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have been updated with tile shower and bath and granite countertops. Guests will appreciate the convenience of the elevator access and wireless internet. Bedding in this Ski Hill unit includes a king bed in the master, a twin daybed with trundle in the guest bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area, if additional sleeping space is required. |
