Settler's Ridge is located at the entrance to the Deer Valley area and is just a few blocks to Main Street and Deer Valley Resort. Conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores, it's the perfect home away from home! This silver rated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium features a dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, a jetted bath tub, and a private washer and dryer. Bedding includes a queen bed and a twin bed in the first bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. The Settler's Ridge complex features an outdoor hot tub, underground parking, and housekeeping every other day. Please note this property is pet friendly. 1 dog is allowed per condominium and must be under 25 lbs. Guest must fill out a Pet Registration form prior to arrival. Please ask your Travel Expert for this form. An additional non-refundable pet rental fee will be collected upon check-in. |
