About This Ski Condo

Relax in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. This contemporary 2 bedroom / bathroom townhome is located just 1 block from Main Street, and 3 blocks from the Base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, walking distance to slopes, and 5 minutes to the chairlift at the base of Peak 9. Constructed in the late 90’s this modern 1500 sq ft, two-story unit offers a unique and convenient experience in the heart of the “friends welcome town”. The Master features a queen sized bed, along with a private bath with a large jetted tub. The second bedroom offers a set of captain bunks with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top, with a private bath. It sleeps up to 5 persons, and it has a 1-car garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. No pets are allowed. Amenities include a refrigerator, coffee maker, ice maker, microwave, toaster, ceiling fans, linens, washer and dryer, ironing board, a satellite TV, DVD player, and a patio. It has a nearby ATM, Post Office, Internet Cafe, FedEx, Bank, Medical Services, Grocery, Outlet Shopping, Movie Theatres, and a Golf Course. |
