Prospect Point is a beautiful, updated, newer construction townhome on Lake Dillon. You can't find a better location for your summer vacation than this! Lake Dillon is literally just a short walk from the back deck; you can fish, boat, camp, and hike right from your back door! This unit, nicknamed "The Lakeway" is also within very close proximity to many resort towns that make for fantastic day trips. It is just 11 miles from Breckenridge, 13 Miles from Keystone and 9 miles from Copper Mountain so you have numerous vacation options when you stay here. In addition, you are within a few miles of the factory outlet mall, and are located in the historic town of Frisco. The property itself is located only steps from Lake Dillon and has been recently updated. There are three large bedrooms upstairs and one on the lower level. There are bathrooms on each of the three floors for convinence and plenty of closet space. The property also has a 1 car garage as well as a hot tub for outdoor relaxation. Be in the hear of it all at Lakeway Lodge!! $200 cleaning fee will be waived for stays of more than 2 nights. |
