The house is heated with radiant floor heat making sure you are totally comfortable regardless of the outdoor temperature! For your indoor entertainment there is a large screen HDTV, a DVD with an extensive movie library, and a billiard room. For outdoor entertaining these is spacious deck which extends over the pond and overlooks the river with a gas grill, and outdoor hot tub.

Included are 3 spacious Master bedroom suites, very separate from one another fostering a totally private experience. Two suites have a view of the Blue River from every window. Each suite encompasses a gorgeous bathroom. One suite contains a steam shower, another a Jacuzzi tub, both will encourage your renewal after a day on the ski-slopes or fly fishing on site in the Blue River or casting into the 3 acre pond off the great room.
