Nestled at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort®, The Lowell is the first offering in more than two decades of brand-new luxury residences in the Resort Village. Each bedroom features luxurious designer carpet, automated roller and blackout shades, custom painted walls that are insulated for sound attenuation and climate control. The shower features a flat pebble floor with stylish tile walls and a European glass shower enclosure. There are double sinks in the master bathrooms and deluxe garden tubs in every master suite. The Lowell offers its guests access to a fully equipped fitness room, outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub as well as to a community lounge with fireplace and flat-screen television. The entire building is airconditioned and offers indoor private parking as well as an outdoor BBQ area. Concierge service is available for all guests.
