About This Ski Condo

Black Diamond #C is a Three Bedroom, Three Bathroom with Two Heated Garages. There is a ski closet on the main foor next to the garage, labeled "C", to unload your gear. . Once you enter the unit you will be swept away by the views of the slopes and the valley below.
This condominum offers an open floor plan with the living room, dining area and kitchen all connecting. Just off the dinning area there is a small office, with WIFI, tucked away with a door that opens to a small deck. The living area features a gas fireplace, 42" flat screen TV, wine fridge, and beautiful views. The kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, light pine cabinets and floors, and slate tile counters. There are two bedrooms on this level both with queen beds, flat screen TVs and private bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is the master bedroom which features a door that opens to a deck overlooking the valley. The deck has a private hot tub, BBQ grill, and table and chairs. Upstairs there is a second living area with a queen hide-a-bed and full bathroom. The bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The unit can sleep a maximum 6 guests and can occupy up to 8. |
