The interior floorplan includes one bedroom with 1 full bed, 1-full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living/dining area including a freestanding gas fireplace on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor includes two bedrooms (each with 1-full bed), and a large loft game room with a futon, a pool table, and a walk out balcony.
