About This Ski House

Property Location: right at mile marker 34.
This deluxe 2-story 5-bedroom high bank riverside home offers lots of extras! Outside you'll find a nice deck with a gas grill and a private hot tub. Inside on the 1st floor you'll find one bedroom with 1-queen bed, a 3/4-bath with a 4-person sauna, an open living/dining area with a window seat that provides a great lounging place for early morning coffee with river and mountain views, plus a freestanding woodstove (firewood provided), and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen bed, and the master bedroom with 1-queen bed and a walk-out balcony, plus 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. In addition, a private entrance leads to a mother-in-law suite with a futon and its own private 3/4-bath. This vacation property will sleep 8 to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: This high bank riverfront location may not be suitable for small children.
