New Gear From LEKI This Season
| LEKI, the world’s leading manufacturer of ski poles, has introduced a new line of fashion-conscious ski gloves. The new gloves and mittens for men and women add “jewels,” tougher materials, and eye-catching designs to what has typically been a bland, utilitarian category.
Women make up the majority of glove purchasers and are given the most options in the new line. The Slope is a leather glove with two crystals on the back of the hand and a scrolled tack pattern on the palm. The men’s Slope is perfect for the “all day” skier. Pre-curved fingers and silicon-print palms provide exceptional ski pole grip and swing.
The Starlet glove has two crystals on the right hand, a pink crystal ring on the ring finger of the left hand, and a pink flower tack pattern on the palm adds extra gripping for holding poles when jumping. Its Lycra shell and neoprene cuff with wrist strap add flexibility and dexterity, and wrapped fingertips are an asset for adjusting boots. |
