Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation (www.kessler-rehab.com), located at 300 Market St., Saddle Brook, N.J. will host a free pre-season seminar and screening for skiers and snowboarders on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. The program will take place in the Outpatient Department.
Kessler physical therapists will conduct screenings for flexibility, strength and agility and will provide information on injury prevention, concussions and safety equipment. A raffle for free giveaways will be held.
