Deep, Uncrowded, Snowy

Skied all afternoon Thursday. Expected crowds of people doing the same but Bradford was empty! We had the Winter Wonderland practically to ourselves. So much POWDER. Couldn't see my skis most of the time. Amazing day on the local slopes. Love the toasty fire in the lodge and awesome hot cocoa and snacks!
0" 24" Granular  reported: 02/27/2012 at 5:17 PM EST by Jim Klein

Groomed, Uncrowded, Calm, Sunny

Uncrowded, mild, sunny and smooth skiing till 3 PM when the school buses arrived with lots of kids. All trails were open with groomed granular on a good firm base from edge to edge. As the temperature rose the snow softened most noticeably at the base area.
0" 12" Packed Powder  reported: 12/25/2011 at 6:34 PM EST by Jim Klein

Groomed, Refrozen, Uncrowded, Calm, Sunny

Free ticket from Boston Ski Show for many on Dec 24. Open trails were nicely covered and snowmaking continued all day. The only operating chairlift managed the crowd very well. Unfortunately the unique T-bar was not operating due to lack of snow cover. The 30 degree weather had most skiers dressed accordingly. The staff was courteous and helpful. Continued snowmaking should allow more trails to open for the vacation week.
