25" 28" Packed Powder  reported: 12/10/2019 at 12:53 PM EST by Chuck

Groomed, Thin Spots, Icy Spots

We went on 11/29 and it was great. Any day out there is great. First time there. Lifts went great, the trails that were open were great, come mid day tho they did get a bit skied off and became a bit icy, overall a fantastic place

Groomed, Thin, Icy Spots, Wet, Rocky Spots, Bare Spots, Sunny

Awesome weekend at Mt. Snow. Considering the weather, they are in better shape than Waterville or Crotched last weekend and the weekend before. They are far from 100% open, but what is still open (about 30 trails) are in pretty good condition. The runs on the North Face were in better shape Saturday than Sunday where things got quite icy. But there was still some good coverage in other areas. Ridge was one of the best runs with enough snow to develop spring moguls by midday. And what a pleasure to arrive at 10 am and park feet away from from the lifts both days!
13" 37" Deep Powder  reported: 01/09/2014 at 6:58 PM EST by Lee Garner

Groomed, Tracked, Untracked, Deep, Uncrowded, Windy, Snowy, Making Snow

Skied all day last Friday, on one of the coldest days EVER: the new fresh snow was so cold and crystalline that it almost felt like skiing on sandpaper. However, in the deeper stuff along the edge, control was excellent and good speed was possible, even on the Blue trails. After a dozen runs (with 2 warm-up breaks), the four of us had to call it a great day. Coming back soon!
0" 6" Frozen Granular  reported: 12/30/2013 at 3:05 AM EST by Sheryl L

Groomed, Skied Off, Thin Spots, No Trails Open, Crowded, Windy, Making Snow

Skiied Sat 12/28 and the overall conditions were good. Crowds skiied off a lot of snow on several trails. I heard it was 3x as packed on Sat as it had been for the holiday week. Lines were long but moved, chair lifts stopped continuously through the day. Weather was good but windy and super chilly by mid afternoon.
20" 24" Powder  reported: 02/10/2013 at 1:57 PM EST by Carol Fairbank

Skied Off, Deep, Thin Spots, Icy Spots, Crowded, Calm, Sunny

Beautiful day at Mount Snow. All trails bumped up from top to bottom early on with all the fresh snow. Some steeps were skied off early as well with heavy traffic. Very crowded but overall some of the best skiing this year.

Went on a Friday. Conditions were OK. Better than working!!!
0" 12" Spring Conditions  reported: 03/24/2012 at 11:54 AM EST by Anonymous

Tracked, Skied Off, Trashed, Thin Spots, Rocky Spots, Bare Spots

The conditions were as advertised. A few trails open. Narrow strips of snow connecting the larger sections of snow. The end of the season is near. Go out and get a couple runs in to get it out of your system before a long hot summer.
0" 24" Spring Conditions  reported: 03/09/2012 at 6:49 AM EST by Jason A

Skied Off, Sun-Baked, Thin Spots, Wet Spots, Rocky Spots, Bare Spots, Uncrowded, Windy, Sunny

Two days of sunny weather made skiing at Mt Snow on Thursday 3/8 a lot of hard work. Sunbrook was a no-go zone. One run down through the slush confirmed that it is indeed sunny - a little too much so ! Like other ski resorts with large, flat expanses at the base (thinking of Jiminy Peak), this made for some slow going getting back to the lift lines. In many places, the snow would "grab" my skis, sending me forward, and giving my legs a real workout trying to stay upright. We spend most of our day on the more sheltered North Face, avoiding the moguls (not my favorite !). Still slow toward the bottom, but OK on the upper reaches of these black diamond (what I'd consider "blue plus"). Still feeling sore the next day as I write this ...
0" 0" Icy  reported: 01/04/2012 at 10:46 AM EST by Ed Perez

Groomed, Wind-Packed, Thin Spots, Icy Spots, Uncrowded, Flat Light, Making Snow

Morning skiing is good but by the early afternoon it's a little skied off and icy. The new bubble chair is great.
