Groomed, Uncrowded, Flat Light, Making Snow

First weekend of the season. Limited skiing on lower mountain. Skiing was surprisingly good. Cover was good. No rocks encountered unlike my first day at Gore Mtn. Good day. Looking forward to my next time at Pico.

Groomed, Crowded, Flat Light

Some fresh snow on top of groomed packed powder. Very nice conditions today. More crowded than it has been. Still manageable on the slopes. Lodge packed. I parked in the second overflow lot. That was a first for me.

Groomed, Icy Spots, Uncrowded, Windy, Making Snow

Good day. A little colder and windier than my local forecast. A few icy spots where the power was skied off. Top of mountain was in clouds to visibility a little tough on top. Overall good day.

Groomed, Uncrowded, Calm, Sunny, Making Snow

Nice conditions. Natural powder still around since Pico is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Blowing snow on top. Hoping they keep making snow or we get a storm to cover the last of the trails.

Groomed, Uncrowded, Flat Light, Making Snow

Good day. Conditions and trail count increasing. Some fresh snow on top of the groomed. Cold forecast should make for better coverage and more snow through the week.
0" 15" Wet Granular  reported: 12/28/2014 at 3:58 PM EST by Anonymous

Groomed, Thin Spots, Wet, Bare Spots, Uncrowded

Nice afternoon after a rainy morning. The cover was pretty good on the main trails. The rain set the trail count back. Needed cold days are in the forecast. They should get trails back in shape quickly. It was just nice to be back out skiing at my new ski home for the season. No More #Gore.

Groomed, Uncrowded, Snowy, Flat Light

Sunday 2/24- It was a great day ,much more family frienly than the beast up the road.Light snow all day, but didn`t mound up.The only draw back was that the top half of Pico was cloud covered. The bottom half was wonderful with plenty of terrain to ski. Definitely one of the best kept secrets in VT!
