I bought two snowboards from this place in the last couple years, as well as some gear, and the service is always great. I can always get very good deals here, way better than stores like REI or Sports Authority. Plus, they have a much better selection. I definitely recommend it. |

so I've been to the any mountain in berkeley and I assume it's pretty similar. The best thing here is the kids ski trade in deal. You buy a set of used gear for your kids and then every year you trade up to the next size as your kid grows. I think it's about $70 for the entire trade-up set including boots, skis and bindings. Pays for itsself if you ski more than one weekend and you don't have to deal with rental hassles. Plus my kids have a much easier time learning when they're always using the same gear. |

My first Nordica banana boots!!
Posted on 11/08/2008 by: Mr. C At Any Mountain's Tent Sale on Wolfe Road off Hwy 280, I was fitted with my very first pair of ski boots. I stood in a pair of Nordica banana boots, yes, bright yellow, while the technician injected foam into the back of each for a custom fit. After maybe 300 skier days at Bear Valley and Tahoe resorts, the shell finally came apart. The Any Mtn white tent sales in the parking lot were a true skier event. |
