Spring skiing is great 03/19/2015 by: Arthur Ling Good powder still to be found. Especially Spaulding and Copper Bowls. Noon-after gets soft 2 sloppy as you work toward the base lifts. Stay high and you get great skiing; surprisingly good since the temps hover near 32 degrees F. Get going! Bon chance!

Nice Early Season 12/15/2008 by: Anonymous Went up Fri Morning (12/12/08)- Good skiing for the runs open. Moguls are fine and snow is good. Snow machines are on and only a few runs open, but good early season warm-up skiing...

Best skiing in Colorado 10/10/2007 by: Robyn Stevens I loved the terrain, and the conditions of this resort. There are plenty of different atmospheres that suit my entire family. Some of us snowboard and some ski, so we are able to all enjoy ourselves at one resort. I have not had any trouble with the amount of people on the slopes because of how the mountain peaks are spread out, and the amount of lodges and eateries to choose from. This is a mountain resort for all the enjoy! Go and see for yourself!

Awesome Resort! 02/08/2007 by: Anonymous You can't beat Copper Mountain for the variety of runs that it offers! of runs is The moguls on The Moz are a lot of fun, and was especially awesome when covered in powder from snowfall the night before. There is something for everyone at Copper. You can stay in one of the condos or for cheaper option try the hotels in nearby Dillon, Silverthorne or Frisco - from there it is only a short drive to Copper where you can park in a free carparkand then catch the free shuttle bus which will take you to all of the villages in Copper. The staff here are nothing but friendly - from the lift attendants, to the restaurants and the ski shops (where some really good deals can be had!). We are fortunate enough to live here in beautiful Colorado (having recently moved here from Australia!) and are glad we have discovered Copper Mountain. It has become our family's favorite place to shred and ski!

Best in the West 02/17/2003 by: R. Nelson Great place to go if you dislike lift lines, crowds and are willing to stay "on top" all day. The tops and back bowls aren't crowded there are plenty of good blues, blacks and double blacks for intermediates and up. The fun can't be beat in Summit County. The only drawback is lack of cooperation with the A, B, K, Vail Resorts consortium which is a great deal for 3 days or more. Have fun at Copper!!
