Follett's Mountain Sports Reviews

Since Bruce Hoff took over as store manager in March/2007, Follet's has become outstanding in service. Their repair and maintenance work is second to none, and rates are very reasonable. Employees are knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful, and low pressure. They're avid bikers and boarders who know and use the products they sell and service. I bought a $1000 Specialized mtn bike from them that had great bang for the buck. Their follow-up service has been excellent. I would definitely buy from them again, and would always take my bike there for service.

Follett's is a nice locally-owned store in Moscow, Idaho. While Folllett's cannot complete with the selection of a large box store, the willingness of the workers and customer service is worth it.

This sport shop was nice. it wasn't to crowded and had a nice feel to the shop. they had a good amount of different brands for snowboarding, skiing, biking, mopeds, and skateboarding. will be going back to get some new snowboard stuffs.

This was an excellent store to go. The customer services was awesome each time I went there. If I had any questions they were always answered. The selection was the best compared to any other store I went to, to get my snowboard boots.
