I am looking for downhill boots. The selection was big. I was not pressured into buying the most expensive boot, in fact was shown a boot that is very good and in my price range. The methods of heat fitting the boot were explained to me, and I was given time to ask questions. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. I was told when I come in to get fitted for my boots to give myself plenty off time, because they are going to take time to ensure that my new boots fit perfectly.

My wife is looking for skis, they sent her home with a K2 catalog, and recommended she take time to write down characteristics of her ski style, what trails she enjoys skiing, and that will help them to match her up with a good pair of skis.

I liked there style, Your not going to get this kind of help buying online.
