I went there to rent junior skies for the season. The used stuff is terriable. I did get one pair half decent. They said they will call when ready. they never did. I called them a week later and said since I didn't pick up the skies yet,my daughter changed her mind about skiing can I get my money back. they said no that is our store policy. They offered me all sorts of options none of them about returning my money.Did I mention I never left the store with the skies...The owner upgraded my skies for a new pair 10 dollars more. My daughter will probably use them one time. When I first signed the agreement the kid at the store said no problem keeping them a little longer just need to let them know in advance. Well, when I picked up the new skies they said no way you are already getting a good deal. Well I will never go back except to return the skies on time or they will defintly charge me. If you want to rent skies go to sports atthoryrity.

The owner bold-faced lied to us about his return policy--we are disgusted with his deceitful manner.
