We can depend on Mark and his staff for all of our downhill needs. They are helpful, supportive and sincerely interested in their customers skiing experience. From age 2 - 62 we have depended on their knowledge and expertise!

Never seen such a rude owner of a business in my life. We went to rent and possibly buy some skis here because our friend knew the owner from Hortonville Wi. My wife is from there so we thought we would give him the business. One minute he's showing me pictures of his daughter next minute he's telling us to take our business up to the hill. He was rude to his staff and rude to us. Can you say the customer is always right? Not here. Can you say split personality? Yes. I would not take your business here after todays incident. Besides the skis up at powderhorn were better quality than here. Never shop here again.

If there was only one shop it would have to be BSO. Mark, Pippi, Deb, Luke, and Jay V. always do an A-1 quality first job to ensure I am 100% ready for the slopes. Thanks BSO for making my trips to Big Snow Country top notch, EH!!!

THis shop has the best techs, against any shops I have ever been at, and I have been to alot of shops. I know of people that drive well over a 100 miles to get there skis tuned by Mark Serwe. He has been experimenting with Alpine recreational and race skiing. he put such an excellent tune on my skis, I am not going anywhere else. You just have to go to BSO and find out for yourself.

Have been going to the UP for more than fifteen years (since I was a teen-ager). Have downhill skied, cross country, & snowshoed...The staff is VERY knowledgeable about their equipment & the surrounding area. They even remember us (a crew of over 20 each year)! Decent rates & up-to-date equipment...and all the extras in case you forgot to pack something!
